As a team, search the Internet for at least one recent and authoritative article that compares or ranks customer relationship management systems.
Select two packages from the list and compare their functions and features as described in the article(s) you found as well as on each company's Web site.
Find references in the literature where companies that are using each package have reported their experiences, both good and bad. Draw on any other comparisons you can find.
Prepare a presentation for delivery in class on the strengths and weaknesses of each package, which one you favor, and why.
