OVERVIEW
This course includes a course fee that allows each student to complete the CQ Assessment Assignment.
When you finish the assessment, download and save your assessment report on your computer. You DO NOT have to answer the questions in the report.You will be writing a paper instead of answering these questions. You will be referring to this for the reflection portion of this assignment.
INSTRUCTIONS
Once you have completed the CQ Assessment Assignment, you will prepare a personal Cultural Intelligence reflection. Your reflection must address the following points and must be at least 1,500 words.
1. Discuss why and how the concept of CQ is relevant to you and what you are preparing to do in the future or are currently doing now.
2. Based on your CQ Assessment results and your personal reflection, discuss your strengths and growth areas in each of the 4 CQ Dimensions.
3. How has your understanding of Cultural Intelligence and the realities of interacting with people across cultures changed during this course?
4. Discuss the ways you will seek to increase your CQ in your community.
5. How is Cultural Intelligence an essential part of the process of becoming a disciple and of making disciples who follow Christ?
Formatting: Your reflection must include a cover page with the title of the assignment, your name, class and date in current APA format. Papers must be double-spaced, Times New Roman, 12-point font, with 1 inch margins, and numbered pages. This must be written as a paper, not as a list of questions with answers. Make sure to include proper citations if you reference the book. You do not have to provide a citation for your CQ Assessment report.
