Recognizing that the NDRF identifies federal agencies and roles involved in each RSF, write a short paper (250 to 500 words) that applies the RSF model to the local community where you live or work. In narrative form, identify and explain the following for the RSF you selected at the local government level where you live or work:
1. departments and organizations that should be involved and lead the RSF (at the local level in your city, county, or community) during preparedness and in response and why;
2. activities and responsibilities of the local RSF pre-disaster and post-disaster; how does the RSF support disaster recovery?;
3. examples pre-disaster planning and activities the RSF should/can do.
Identify and explain any challenges you can anticipate the RSF might encounter in its work (pre- and post-disaster).

Prepare a paper that explains the three main FEMA-administered types of financial recovery assistance and the process for requesting and receiving that assistance. Explore why these programs are needed. Include reference citations in APA Style. Submit your paper of 300 to 500 words.
