2. As time permits, conduct Internet research to gather additional facts and information to support your position.
3. Write a problem-solving, persuasive memo to your boss, Kevin Rome. Seek permission to conduct further research and deliver an oral presentation to the Corporate Benefits Committee on the feasibility of implementing a Tuition Reimbursement Plan as a pilot program in your region. Indicate that your study will determine what similar companies are doing in regard to TRP and will examine the potential costs, benefits, and pitfalls for Serv-Pro. The memo should not exceed one page.
