Assignment: Management Vision
Prepare a Management and Organization Vision Statement. You must cite at least five separate sources from the online course material or other resources based on your research. The citation should be a paraphrase of the source. This will likely take you at least 500 words to write an adequate description that at a minimum answers the following learning objectives. You may add additional information that you consider relevant.
a) Plan an entrepreneurial management team.
b) Define the roles of the management team.
c) Define an organizational culture.
d) Determine your leadership style.
e) Develop growth and exit strategy.
Format your assignment according to the following formatting requirements:
i) The answer should be typed, using Times New Roman font (size 12), double spaced, with one-inch margins on all sides.
ii) The response also includes a cover page containing the title of the assignment, the student's name, the course title, and the date. The cover page is not included in the required page length.
iii) Also include a reference page. The Citations and references must follow APA format. The reference page is not included in the required page length.
