Principle 1 - Business should support and respect the protection of internationally proclaimed human rights.
RECOMMENDATION -
- Transparency about supply chain
- Provide workers with a fair workplace environment, by providing workplace transparency and employee feedback mechanism to anonymously report management abuses
- The guarantee of a safe workplace, coupled with continuous monitoring, to eliminate discrimination and ensure respect of employees and occupation.
- All the companies need to support human right. The company need to practice principle relevant with human right.
- The company cannot hire a child labour that against the law
- The employeer should find out first before unnecessary things happens at the workplace such as bully and harassment.
- Company educate customer about human rights.
