1. Prepare a guide for supervisors on implementing both positive and progressive discipline approaches, as well as consideration for situations where discipline might not be used.
2. Prepare a one-page chart that depicts the discipline plan / program you will use in your new company. This chart would be one that you could include in the company handbook and also post in the break room.
