To properly understand the requirements to implement a DC fast charging structure, our company must first engage in a study of the number of electric vehicles in the marketplace, the geographic concentration of electric vehicles, the top selling electric vehicles, the battery specifications of electric vehicles, charging station specifications (including types of charging stations, specifications of charging stations, and cost of charging stations), and companies that offer charging stations as well their networks of DC fast-charging stations. We will also conduct a survey to discover consumer attitudes towards electric vehicles, and perform a market analysis of the survey results. Upon completion of our study and survey analysis, we shall then perform a SWOT Analysis, and finally develop a business strategy for our brand of DC fast charging stations.
