Inform Mary Miller, who works in the Billing Department of your company, that Staples billed you $500 for a hard disk drive that was installed in your IBM Computer in September. You were told on September 2 over the telephone by Joseph Johns that the total cost including sales tax would be only $400. Tell Mary that you need to be rebilled for the correct amount. You picked up the computer at the end of September; therefore, prices may have increased over that period of time. However, you feel you should be billed for the amount quoted to you over the telephone.
