Assignment task: Using own examples, and additional resources, prepare a document that lays out group member conduct, based on roles available. Minimally, the document must include:

  • Each member's contact information, along with his or her time zone.
  • Listing of roles fulfilled by each member for each unit. Case study work is part of each of the four units in this course.
  • Expected participation by each member.
  • Policy and procedure for communication.
  • Escalation of issues (technical, personal, personality) process flow diagram.
  • [Assignment-related] problem-solving and decision-making rules.

Team member's roles available

  • Team Leader - Provides team with meeting agendas, guides them through meeting topics, delegates assignments, and summarizes key meeting agendas.
  • Process Monitor - Ensure that meeting guidelines are followed. Facilitates the resolution of differences of opinion.
  • Time Keeper - Keeps track of time in relation to agenda.
  • Recorder - Records key meeting outcomes and activities. Distributes team correspondence to all team members.

Note:

Need a team charter (Team Charter format) that includes team members and their assigned roles, based on what is available (Team leader, Process monitor, Time keeper, Recorder) You can make up team members (4 persons).
