Draft the following legal forms. You have to submit them on the day of the Final Examinations since these forms will take the place of the written final examinations. This will serve as your final grade together with the assigned papers you earlier submitted and the recitation and attendance prior to lockdown.

I. Legal Opinion to a Client

Ms. Luck Dawn is the registered owner and possessor of a residential house and lot which she leases to Mr. Con Vid for a period of one year beginning January 1, 2019 at a monthly rent of Three Thousand (3,000.00) Pesos. The contract of lease provided that if Mr. Vid failed to pay the rent for three (3) months, he could be ejected or he may voluntarily vacate the subject premises. The contract expired on December 31, 2019. Ms. Dawn consulted you on this case. Using the parts of an opinion letter (Heading and Introduction, Issues and Brief Answer, Statement of Facts and Discussion, and Conclusion and Recommendation), draft a letter stating your legal opinion on the matter.

II. Demand Letter:

Utilizing the above facts, prepare a demand letter asking Mr. Con Vid to vacate the premises for non-payment of rentals.

III. Complaint for Ejectment:

Draft a pleading, a complaint for ejectment, against Mr. Vid for his failure to pay the rentals for three (3) months. Include the following parts: Caption, Body of the Complaint, Signature and Address, Verification, and Certification Against Forum Shopping.

IV. Motion to Reset Hearing:

File a motion to reset hearing.

V. Position Paper:

Write a position paper using all the facts of the case against Mr. Con Vid. The format is as follows:

A. Statement of the Case

What is this case? When is the case filed? Who filed? Who is the defendant? Who is liable to whom? Etcetera.

B. Facts of the Case

Narrate the story of the case. Why an ejectment case against Mr. Vid? When was the demand letter sent to him? Was there an answer? When was the complaint filed? When was the answer filed by the defendant? Hearings conducted? Was there mediation? How about JDR? What transpired to these mediation and JDR? How many witnesses were presented by both parties? What were the testimonies of the witnesses? Etcetera.

C. Issues

What is the main issue in this case? How about attorney's fee? Cost of the litigation?

D. Discussion

Discuss the various points in the case at bar. May Mr. Vid be ejected on the ground of non-payment of rentals? If so, what are the legal reasons for his ejectment? What is the law on this? Is there any jurisprudence supporting your arguments? Etcetera.

E. Prayer

What do you want the Court to do with your case of ejectment? May Mr. Vid be ordered to vacate the premises? May he be ordered to pay attorney's fee and litigation costs?
