Suppose that you are the project manager for a new library system for your university. The system will improve the way in which students, faculty, and staff can search for books by enabling them to search over the Web, rather than using only the current text based system available on the computer terminals in the library. Prepare a cost-benefit analysis of the change in terms of both the change and the transition to the change for the major stakeholders.
