1. Prepare a combined 'Notice and agenda of a general monthly meeting of The Durbanville Soccer Club'. During this meeting the Treasurer, Mrs A Douglas, will report on the cost of the newly erected goal posts. 'New business' will include the appointment of a second coach. Invent any other business that you can think of, as well as imaginary dates, times and venues.
2. Write a set of minutes to record the matters discussed at the meeting referred to in Question (1).
