Ageism is stated as prejudice held against an individual based on their age. This prejudice is typically based on stereotypes in the culture. Based on your own experience do you think there is ageism in U.S. culture and can you propose both the type of prejudices which might be out there and how they impact older adults and the rest of us as well?
