Assignment Task: Explain components of SWOT analysis present in the Scottsdale Police Department's Strategic Plan. Discuss technology and/or social media addressed in the plan. Assess futures (predictions) used in the plan. Explain whether justifications and assumptions for strategies are adequately articulated. (Is there sound reasoning for pursuing a given?) Discuss how support is measured and whether the plan adequately addresses follow-through and implementation of the strategies. Identify/discuss potential limitations or challenges with the strategic plan.
