STEP TWO: Post to the Discussion Board Forum. By 2030, many of the world's largest economies will have more jobs than adult citizens to do those jobs. For this week's discussion, I would like you to think about the suggestions human resources expert, Rainer Strack, makes that countries ought to look across borders for mobile and willing job seekers. However, to do this, countries need to start by changing the culture in their businesses. The goal of your post is to thoughtfully discuss the connections between Rainer's video and the course textbook and/or class discussions.
