Of a random sample of 1200 people in Denmark, 480 had positive attitude towards car salesmen. Of independent random sample of 1000 people in France, 790 had positive attitude towards car salesmen. Test at the 1% level the null hypothesis that population proportions are equal against the alternative that higher proportion of French have positive attitude towards car salesmen.
