1. If England didn't access to American during 1600-1800, what would have happen?
2. If China or India (choose one) had geographically access to America during 1600-1800, what would have happen? This paper need to cite from two books. One is Parthasarathi's "Why Europe grew rich and asia did not." The other is Pomeranz's "The Great Divergence."
