You are a member of the Citizen Budget Committee for the school districts in Northwest Ohio. You have been given a data set for analysis. Based on that data set, please answer the following questions.

a. Comment on the Number of Students per District. Create a 300 words or less, write a short narrative describing the data the data. Using a chart, plot the Number of Students per District. The choice of chart-histogram, pie, stem and leaf, box plot, line, etc.-is up to you, but you must justify why you selected the chart that you did.

b. Using Family Income, calculate and comment on the mean, mode, and median, and which is the most appropriate for describing the data. What is the standard deviation of the Family Income data? Describe the shape of the distribution (normal, skewed, bi-modal, etc.). What is the skewness, if any? Interpret your findings and explain why the shape of the distribution is important to the Committee.
