Q: I have found the number of deaths in the United States due to each medical condition in each of the following years.

Heart Disease 390,000 720,000 850,000 960,000
Cancer 200,00 505,000 547,000 555,000
AIDS 2,500 7,500 12,500 17,500
How do I plot the data on a graph in a rectangular coordinate system if I do not have excel to determine from the two points. x is my years and y is my deaths to predict the number of deaths in 2005 by using a smooth line to connect my data points for each disease graph and to also find the y intercept? Can you show me? HELP!!
Can they be classified as functions? If so could you please explain?
