We are looking for a Vice President of Operations, You will be responsible for delivering results which contribute to the achievement of maximum profitable growth in line with company strategy and values. Position will implement plans and strategies to expand the Member base in the market areas and will contribute to the development of training and educational programs for franchisees and forum leaders. Individual will support the start-up and development of new franchisees/forum leaders and promote ongoing growth and performance of existing franchisees/forum leaders in existing markets.
Characteristics:
Successful candidate will be action-oriented, results-driven individual with a proven, successful track record in Operations Management and Sales Management with the ability to operate in a highly detailed fashion.
Job Specifications:
5-10 years of experience in field operations and/or sales management.
Experience working with business owners and senior executives.
Experience selling to CEOs and senior executives of mid-sized businesses.
Strong understanding of market dynamics and requirements.
Willingness to travel 20-30% of the time.
Proven leadership and ability to drive outcomes through influencing others.
