Please read the attached project charter for building a house requested by a family. Assume that the family approached to a consulting company to prepare a project charter and RFP according to their needs. Assume that you are the manager of the consulting company and the project charter you prepared is approved by the family.
1) You need to prepare the corresponding RFP to receive proposals from construction companies.
2) Now, assume that you are a small size construction company building residential villas, houses, etc. Please prepare a proposal as a response to the RFP you prepared in part 1.
