8. References--alphabetize sources; do not include degrees (such as Ph.D.); indent the second and third lines (choose "hanging indent" option in the Paragraphs option; Remove hyperlinks (underlining) by putting the cursor on the URL and right clicking, then choosing "Remove hyperlink: italicize the names of journals; fix many spacing errors
