To best prepare for Essay #1, make sure you have read Chapters 1 & 2.
Please Answer Questions 1 & 2 - paper length 3 pages double-spaced. First - in your introduction discuss why you selected the leader and how you found this leader. Then, get into answering questions 1 & 2
1. Conduct an Internet search to learn more about one person that made the Fortune list. Based on your research, write a three-page paper detailing what you learned about her/him, her/his leadership, and the success of the organization. In your concluding paragraph, briefly describe the strategies and style of your chosen CEO.
2. In your opinion, will the culture developed by your chosen leader allow the organization to continue to thrive after she steps aside? Why or why not?
Written essays will typically be 3-4 pages, double-spaced, and typed in Times New Roman, 12 font with one-inch margins. Key to success in grading is based on quality of written work (structure, grammar, and content) and grasping of concepts versus length of paper
