Develop a Human Resource Plan that clearly defines your human resource needs and reporting structure. This plan should clearly define at least five roles (outside of the Project Sponsor and Project Manager) and elaborate the necessary skills and responsibilities of each. Please also develop an organizational chart that clearly illustrates the reporting structure of the project that includes the Project Manager, Project Sponsor, and all roles identified above.
