Plans to begin operations in monrovia

Contemporary Global Issues 3: Corporate Social Responsibility

Portfolio Task 3

Nestlé has plans to begin operations in Monrovia, a developing country. You have been asked by the government of Monrovia to research the organisation and write a report highlighting the arguments for and against Nestlé having a presence there.

Instructions

Use a report style format to write this task with a clear introduction, main body with clear headings for each paragraph and a conclusion which outlines recommendations to the government.

Use the reading list below for your research. You do not need to use all the sources, but The Guardian article (4) is essential. You may use additional source material if it is relevant and reliable.

Make it clear in your report when you are citing the sources and include an accurate reference list at the end. The reading list below only contains the links to the sources – you need to write the full references yourselves.

Submission date: Thursday 9th February (A groups) and Friday 10th February (B groups). Submit 2 paper copies to your tutor at the start of class and an electronic copy to the VLE through Turnitin.
