Piezometric head between the pipe points

Problem:

Consider a U-tube manometer where one end connects to a pipe at unknown pressure P1 at point 1 and the other end connects to another section of pipe at unknown pressure P2 at point 2. The fluid in both pipe sections is fresh water, and the fluid in the U of the U-tube manometer has a specific gravity of 1.5. The side of the U-tube connected to point 2 has a water/manometer interface that is 10.9cm lower than the interface on the side connected to point 1.

Required:

Compute the difference in piezometric head between the pipe points 1 and 2 and state whether the pressure is higher or lower at point 1.
