Questionnaire - Codes and Standards

Photo portfolio of residential construction process. Prepare a portfolio of photographs which illustrate each stage of construction of a residential structure from the builder taking possession of the site through to the subsequent handover back to their client. An example of these stages would be set-out, drainage works, slab and/or footings, framing and the like. The photographs are required to be taken by you and are to be labelled quoting the relevant National Construction Code, (NCC), section which relates to that particular stage. A comment should be included whether the stage identified complies with relevant codes, standards, mandatory requirements and construction best practice. Where areas of non-compliance are identified comment briefly on why you believe this to be so. These comments will be recorded as bullet points. Areas of non-compliance will include: Non-compliant building work; Site management issues; and OH & S breaches.
