Personal reflection upon your experience

Project description:

This section is your own personal reflection upon your experience. Try to look beyond the experience and consider what you have learned and how you have (have not) changed as a result.

Introduce your area of concern (moment of doubt), the specific focus for development and your chosen experience. Why is it relevant, what did you hope to achieve?

Identify 2 or 3 critical moments when you actively engaged in reflective practice, the process you went through (questioning, reframing, testing, evaluating) and how you changed / what you learned.

Consider how you thought, felt and acted. What did you do? What changed? What might you do differently in future?

Conclude by considering how reflective practice may influence CPD in future.

My professional experience is based on gymnastics to key stage 3,4 children young age year 8,9,10,11
