Journal: As a continuation of your personal leadership journal, you will use two of the Leader’s Self-Insights from your text as a starting point to reflect on your own leadership style. Use the material from this unit to place yourself within the various leadership models that you have read about.

Write your leadership journal report for this unit by answering the following questions:
Where do you think you fall on the Leadership Grid (p. 49)?
What does that say about the types of situations that you would be most comfortable in as a leader?
