After the case analysis, prepare a case study report including the following elements:
- Identify the current mission statement, short term, and long term goals. Recommend potential additions/deletions to each.
- Strategic implications of organizational objectives, structure and processes
- SWOT Analysis and stakeholder analysis
- Critical short term and long term issues confronting the organization and recommendations for strategic solutions
- Analysis of existing performance measurement systems and recommended changes, as needed
