1. Meet Your Group:

  • Introduce yourselves via email, inbox, or a virtual meeting to establish rapport.
  • Share your educational and professional backgrounds and what interests you about healthcare quality improvement.

2. Discuss Your Experiences with Healthcare Quality:

  • Each member should share a personal or observed experience in healthcare that relates to one or more of the six dimensions of quality (e.g., a situation where patient safety was at risk, an inefficiency in care delivery, or an example of outstanding patient-centered care).
