1. Meet Your Group:
- Introduce yourselves via email, inbox, or a virtual meeting to establish rapport.
- Share your educational and professional backgrounds and what interests you about healthcare quality improvement.
2. Discuss Your Experiences with Healthcare Quality:
- Each member should share a personal or observed experience in healthcare that relates to one or more of the six dimensions of quality (e.g., a situation where patient safety was at risk, an inefficiency in care delivery, or an example of outstanding patient-centered care).
- As a group, identify any common themes in your experiences. Are there particular dimensions of quality that stand out?
3. Post as a Group. One group member should submit a post that includes:
