Performance Benchmarking through Indicators
There are various indicators techniques for benchmarking. It is also not probable to benchmark all the indicators, collect and analyze the data and take the corrective action upon gap analysis. Therefore it becomes imperative to classify the indicators in certain category and selected the appropriate indicators method for that particular category. The indicators could be categorized into three wide categories:
- Partial Indicators;
- Specific Core Indices; and
- Overall Performance Indicators
