(c) Which measure in (b) do you think is most valid? Which is the most reliable? Why?

(d) Many colleges use questionnaires to gather data from students about their instructors' performance. Would it be appropriate to use the data for administrative decisions? What about for developmental decisions? What about other decisions? Why or why not?
