Problem: Perform two or three contemplative practices (social awareness, Quiet solitude, being in nature), at least three times each. Each time you engage in one of these practices, write a short journal entry reflecting on your practice. What did you do? How did it make you feel? Be sure to note anything you observe, in your body, your mind, and/or in the outside world. Then, after you describe your journal entries (at least 6, but could be more), describe atleast two paragraphs summarizing your experiences and connecting these practices to the traditions that we are studying ( Christianity, Buddhism, Islam, Daoism, Taiichi)
