Step One: Perform a web search on Health Information Management disaster recovery
Step Two: Create a checklist for a Health Information Management Department to follow when facing a disaster. Your check list should include how to prepare before a disaster, what to do during a disaster, and what to do following a disaster. There should be at least 25 steps in your disaster planning checklist.
Step Three: Submit your check list for grading.
