How will you identify your customers?
How will you contact your customers?
How will you interview your customers?
How will you identify the competitors?
How will you gather information about those competitors?
What questions will you ask?
How will you get at the ideas a customer has but is not expressing?
How will you organize the data from these customers?
How will you determine realistic cost data?
What will the technical requirements be in order to meet the requirements set by the customer?
What are the competitors’ strengths and weaknesses?
How does the customer view the competitors?
Are there any government regulations that must be met?
Use this information to create and complete a QFD diagram. When completed, analyze the QFD diagram.
