Your assignment is to perform a PESTE analysis for Chipotle. To do this, you need to read the case very closely. This is a good starting point for your analysis. You will also have to do some on line research to identify the external factors that are likely to shape the environment in which Chipotle operates. You will have to be thoughtful and creative to complete this part of the assignment. I suggest that you make five lists that categorize the information about Chipotle’s environment (political, economic, social, ecological or technological).
