Discussion Post: Consulting Skills
Consulting skills should make managing change easier for clients, provide relevant knowledge and experience to clients, and assist clients in meeting their targeted goals. Reflect on each of the skills listed below as they pertain to your current skillset. Perform a mini SWOT analysis of each of these skills focusing on how they would affect your ability to be a successful consultant. For each of the 4 skills listed, make sure you address your personal strengths and weaknesses as well as opportunities for improvement as well as threats which might hinder your success as a consultant.
