For any health care organization, it is necessary to ensure that any decisions made have been well coordinated and address the treatment of all patients fairly. This requires adopting practices of systemic services review, education, policy reform, and engaging the informal culture of the organization. If you were to evaluate your own organization, how does the organization fare in these areas? What is the organization successful with and what must it change? Why?
