Problem:
Continue L.D.'s HPI with this information: At last appointment patient reported intrusive OCD thoughts during driving over an hour to see new partner (e.g., "What if I hit someone? What if I crash?"), however, patient has been doing better with those thoughts and has been able to visit partner. Overall, patient report anxiety and depression has been manageable as supported by better sleeping ~8 hours , getting out of bed more consistently and feeling rested, able to engage socially (hanging out more with sister), and enjoying the company of their new cat.
