Please describe the information you would give a patient and his/her family about the decision to have a kidney transplant or to undergo dialysis. Please describe to the patient and his/her family the pros and cons of each option. Be mindful that when you are dealing with patients and educating them on information and that it can be tempting to reveal your personal beliefs and opinions/ You must be able to give them the facts, so they can make their own informed decisions.
