Passing sight distance

Problem:

A car wants to pass a truck on a two lane road, one lane each way. The truck is 120 feet long and the car is 60 feet behind the trailer. The car wants there to be 60 feet between the car and the truck before moving back into the lane (ignoring the length of the car). The truck is moving at 40 mph. The passing speed of the car is 65 mph. The speed limit on the road is 55 mph.
