Parker advertised pens using the words guaranteed for life

Question: Parker advertised pens using the words "guaranteed for life," It did not advertise the fact that each time a pen was brought or sent in for repairs, a 35¢ charge was made. The FTC brought suit, saying that failure to advertise the charge was deceptive advertising. Was the FTC correct? (Parker Pen Co. v. FTC, 159 F2d 509)
