Go to the website of AHRQ's website titled Advances in Patient Safety: From Research to Implementation located in the Webliography and select a specific research article.
Bring back to the class, at minimum, the following:
Journal article name and authors, overview of specific clinical research being conducted including hypothesis and population, statistics being used, outcomes (or anticipated outcomes), and the role of HIM or the medical record, if at all.
Don't forget to bring in any topics we have discussed throughout the course, as well.
