Note: You are not needed to read the whole EIS. These can run some hundred pages.
Address the given:
Briefly explain the proposed project.
Does the total format of the EIS meet up the requirements described in Environmental Impact Assessment?
A Practical Guide? Does the EIS address each of the main chapter classes (that is, transportation, energy, air quality, noise, public safety and water resources).
Look at the alternatives. How many were originally proposed? How many were ruled out due to other constraints? Of those remaining, in brief describe the preferred alternative.
Describe your overall impression of the specific EIS and also the EIS process.
