The contingent or temporary workers have been hired for a variety of purposes including labor cost savings and as a tryout for permanent employment.
Another group that uses a tryout for future permanent employment are interns doing internships. How do you feel about the hiring of temporary workers?
Some say that it is a benefit for the organization as some of the temps also become full-time workers. Then what do you think of doing internships for future employment?
