• Identify the type(s) of data required.
• Explain how the data will be used to measure the policy or program (linking data to method(s) used) in each of the steps of the performance evaluation.
• Include the steps in the performance evaluation, identifying the variables and criteria used at each step, and indicate how the inclusion of those particular variables and criteria will show positive or negative outcomes.
• Offer alternatives to the policy or program that might be suggested as outcomes of the evaluations.
