- The over-arching theme of the analysis should be focused on developing a particular business strategy that integrates sound business policy and sustainable competitive advantages.
- The analysis should address how the various forms of business capital are integrated with business strategy, policy, and governance to effectuate the desired business strategy identified.
- The analysis should address main business functions, to include: finance, marketing, operations, and human resources.
- The analysis should be suitable for review by a senior business executive demonstrating evidence of logical analysis, reasoned judgment, attention to organizational ethics, and value creation.
