Final Portfolio Project
The Final Portfolio Project is a formal report of your achievements in the course. The purpose of this paper is to assess your learning as you prepare a major Portfolio Project for the BS Program.
Research and select a case from a published court decision. Hint: Each chapter of the textbook includes court decisions discussed at length in the body. Also, visit the Web site: https://www.findlaw.com.
After reading the case, determine the errors the management made. What corrective action does management need to take to avoid such cases in the future?
Prepare a proposed written policy statement for management approval.
Plan the communication of the new policy and associated procedures.
Outline the new policy implementation schedule. What resistance may be encountered? How long will it take for the workforce to adopt the policy? Who should be involved?
Write a double-spaced formal paper using the APA style for citations, references, and layout. The paper should have a title page, which includes the following pertinent information:
